In Bionicle's 2005 story arc, the Toa Metru were transformed into half-toa, half-beasts known as hordika. After this transformation, they are quicker to anger and, in one of the books, there is at least one mention of 'strange urges' brought on by the transformation. Due to this, it would not be a stretch to compare the hordika transformation to puberty. A detail that is important to the point I'm trying to make here is that none of them want this and they are actively trying to find a way to prevent and reverse it. Therefore, I would not say that it is a stretch to describe Bionicle 3: Web of Shadows as 'The Toa Metru's Quest for Puberty Blockers' or 'The Toa Metru's Quest for HRT'
